Jumbo Loan Credit Underwriter (REMOTE)

TEKsystems is hiring Manual Remote Underwriters with start dates in January and February 2026. Competitive pay, flexible start times, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay: $32–$40/hour + OT + Incentives
Remote work: 100% work‑from‑home with flexible start times (7–9 AM EST)
Training:
Two weeks, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST

• Recent manual underwriting experience
• Ability to work remotely with strong attention to detail
• Bonus:
  Jumbo loan experience

• Post‑closing underwriting (loans already written)
• Secondary market quality checks for resale
• Underwrite residential mortgage loans per conventional guidelines
• Meet daily production and quality targets

• Is this role fully remote? Yes – work from home with flexible start times between 7 AM–9 AM EST following training.
• What does training look like? Mostly systems training, 2 weeks virtual, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.
• What’s the nature of the work? Post‑closing underwriting, secondary market quality checks, and risk assessment.
• Are there other underwriting positions open? Yes – 50 compliance underwriting openings with similar structure, pay, and benefits. Discuss at the call.
• Technical requirements for remote work? All company equipment provided; computer must have a hardwired (Ethernet) connection;
  Wi‑Fi is not permitted.

Annual pay range: $66,560.00 – $83,200.00.

Permanent position, 100% remote.
