Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Operational Risk Analyst with marketing risk experience to join their team. As a Market Risk Manager, you will be part of the risk management department supporting the overall risk governance framework. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Market Risk Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $75/HR W2

• Analyze, measure, and monitor market risk exposures across various financial products, ensuring compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements.
• Support the execution and enhancement of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework, identifying and assessing operational risk within market risk functions.
• Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct stress testing and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential market risk impacts under different economic conditions.
• Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to optimize the bank’s risk‑return profile.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles within a banking environment.
• Experience with financial instruments and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in statistical models and risk analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
