- Administer day-to-day equity transactions, including RSU grants, vesting, exercises, ESPP activity, and employee terminations
- Perform data integrity checks and reconcile equity transactions across Workday, transfer agent systems, and equity administration platforms
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, blackout windows, and other regulatory requirements
- Assist with proxy statement preparation and other external equity disclosures
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience administering equity compensation programs, ideally at a U.S.
-based public company - Hands‑on experience with RSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations, insider trading policies, and equity‑related compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting audits and SOX controls
- Experience with Workday and Fidelity
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Ability to clearly communicate equity concepts across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, vendors, and employees at all levels
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
