Regional Controller

8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Regional Controller at Edgewood, you’ll support a wide range of financial functions for the health services division, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and revenue analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement. This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota or Minnesota.

• From $60,000/year, depending on experience
• Paid time off begins accruing day 1

• Maintain and update fee schedules, including Medicare rates
• Review and analyze aging reports and balance sheet accounts
• Review contracted labor agreements for financial compliance
• Manage the collections process and collaborate with internal teams to improve cash flow
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
