Tax Partner - High Net Worth (REMOTE)

Base pay range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.

• Providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals, families, and their related entities.
• Overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns and projections.
• Developing and implementing tailored tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
• Staying abreast of latest developments in tax law and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with partners and other team members to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client service.
• Providing thought leadership and contributing to the firm’s growth and development by identifying new business opportunities and participating in marketing initiatives.
• Experience with trusts, estates and wealth planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree in Taxation or CPA designation highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax role focused on high net worth individuals, preferably in a public accounting or law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, tax planning, tax advisory and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex tax legislation and provide practical advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset – ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to firm’s growth and success.
