- Evaluate and make recommendations based on actuarial analyses performed by others
- Provide training and support to Actuarial Analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actuarial insights and support
- Gather and clean data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis
- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with 3 years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines pricing insurance
- Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven oral and written communication abilities, including formal presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
- Basic programming skills in computer software
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
