Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a Senior Associate, M&A and Strategic Finance to join our Finance team in New York City. This high-impact, visible role will report directly to the SVP of Finance, who leads FP&A, M&A, and Investor Relations, and will play a key role across these strategic areas to help drive growth, value creation, and financial excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring strong transactional and capital markets experience, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, team-first mindset. You’ll be a core contributor across all stages of M&A — from sourcing and diligence to valuation, deal execution, and post-close integration — while helping shape our investor relations agenda and supporting high-impact strategic finance initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the C‑suite, private equity sponsors, and institutional lenders at a PE‑backed, global organization with a dynamic, growth‑oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Mergers & Acquisitions
- Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including target sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning
- Develop and maintain detailed transaction models to assess financial impact, synergies, and ROI
- Partner with cross‑functional teams in Strategy, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Rev Ops to evaluate opportunities and risks
- Prepare materials for Investment Committee and Board review
- Support quarterly reporting, Board materials, and communications with PE sponsors and institutional lenders
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPI analyses, and valuation benchmarks
- Assist in crafting investor messaging and presentations that align with strategic and financial priorities
- Conduct valuation and competitive analyses by reviewing peer filings, investor materials, and market data to assess comparable companies, precedent transactions, and broader industry trends.
- Serve as a flex resource for key FP&A initiatives such as forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning
- Lead analytical projects and develop insights to support executive decision‑making
- Help build scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to strengthen the finance organization
- Identify and recommend improvements in processes and practices when challenges or opportunities arise.
- Responsibly manage, manipulate, and analyze data to derive meaningful insights.
- Communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in written materials.
