AboutThe Role
This is a full‑time, remote position. You will be a pivotal member of the Finance team, focused on providing strategic guidance to Aria’s Clinical Operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this high‑visibility role will offer executive support across Aria’s four service lines and upward mobility for a driven and successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Support:
Be a trusted business partner in Dental, Vision, Audiology, and Podiatry Operations; act as the strategic right hand for Clinical Leadership, including the Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Medical Officers, and Directors of Clinical Operations. Translate financial performance, KPIs, and detailed analysis into actionable insights and recommendations. - Financial Modeling:
Own Cost of Revenue within the financial model, including the annual budget process, periodic reforecasts, and the long‑range plan. - Ad Hoc & Supporting Analysis:
Own, improve upon, and create insightful analysis on financial performance, KPIs and trends to support decision‑making (e.g., clinic day efficiency, provider productivity, state‑level breakdowns, patient access to care, home satisfaction monitoring, and billing & reimbursement analysis). - Reporting & Presentations:
Support the VP Finance & CFO in creating monthly/quarterly reporting materials and presentations to the executive team and board of directors. - Automation & Process Improvement:
Proactively improve or create new processes that reduce manual effort and enhance finance efficiency. Collaborate with Analytics, Systems, and Clinical teams to advance technology usage (Salesforce, Next Gen EMR, Power
BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience (FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy, consulting) with a record of achievement & ownership.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience leveraging technology & systems, preference for Salesforce, Next Gen, Power
BI, and Intacct. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team‑building skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Planning/organizing skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and quality control, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.

Work is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
