- Experience with a Processor (but not a deal-breaker if not).
- Master of Conv, Gov, and Non-QM.
- Proficient in DU/LP.
- Deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie.
- Winning attitude and relentless work ethic.
- Leadership to build and lead a team.
- Ability to teach file structuring and educate like a boss.
With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company.
You’ll be the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting new Loan Officers, especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days.
I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a strong, unstoppable team. I handle pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. I need a back‑end warrior to support the team.
