Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and product/software inquiries, advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Help customers complete their taxes using Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and improving customer experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable using video/audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, across at least three days.

Competitive compensation with performance‑based rewards. Expected base pay ranges by location (example:
Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50/hr;
Southern CA $28.80–$36.50/hr;
Colorado $27.50–$34.80/hr;
Hawaii $28.80–$36.50/hr;
Illinois $27.50–$34.80/hr;
Maryland $27.50–$34.80/hr;
Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50/hr;
Minnesota $24.80–$30.30/hr;
New Jersey $28.80–$36.50/hr;
New York $28.80–$36.50/hr;
Ohio $24.80–$30.30/hr; Vermont $27.50–$34.80/hr; Washington $28.80–$36.50/hr; Washington DC $28.80–$36.50/hr).
