Job Function:
As a supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities and main acitivities as a Finance Supervisor:
1) Time ManagementResponsible for supervising and coordinating the actitivies of the Finance team to ensure efficiency, colloboration, and achievement of objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of your Finance team (3 members).
- Monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of financial processes.
- Support team members with daily tasks and complex issues.
- Foster effective communication and colloblation towards Finance Manager and within the team.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with international and local accounting standars, while maintaining control over key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform monthly and yearly closing in compliance with IFRS for Group Accounts and Belgian GAAP for statutory accounts.
- Review, monitor and justify monthly balance sheet accounts.
- Conduct monthly P&L reviews, ensuring that Sales, COGS, and Indirect expenses are properly recorded.
Acts as a liaison for audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate communication with external stakeholders and authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare corporate income tax return data for the Tax colleagues.
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors and local administrations.
- Complete questionnaires and statistical reports for local authorities in a timely manner.

In addition the following qualifications are required to perform this role:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Belgian GAAP and IFRS.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Duthc and English (written and spoken).
- Solid MS Office Skills
