Tax Advisor Position

We are looking for a Tax Advisor with three to five years of experience. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a key role in providing tax advice to a wide range of clients. The job includes resolving complex issues in matters such as Corporate Tax (IS), Income Tax for Individuals (IRPF), Income Tax for Non-Residents (IRNR), and Value Added Tax (VAT), among others.

• Provide recurring tax advice, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing the tax planning of clients.
• Participate in cross-border projects, such as tax restructurings and due diligence processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate tax risks and develop efficient strategies.
• Manage tax inspections, including the preparation of minutes and responses to requirements from the Tax Agency.
• Collaborate with related areas, such as commercial law, labor law, and tax procedures, to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Establish synergies with other specialty areas, such as auditing, consulting, and advanced financial services.

• Solid knowledge of national and international taxes, with practical experience in IS, IRPF, IRNR, and IVA.
• Participation in complex cross-border projects, with exposure to various areas of law and taxation.
• Experience in preparing tax documentation, minutes, and managing processes with tax authorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

• Schedule :
  Monday to Thursday from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00, and Fridays from 8 : 00 to 14 : 00.
• Remote Work :
  Possibility to work from home two days a week.
