Sr Financial Management - Program Finance Lead; REMOTE

The selected candidate will report to the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Strategic Effects Business Operations Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a System of Systems development to be sold from a Lockheed Martin Affiliated Company. This will be a commercial firm-fixed-price (FFP) endeavor requiring management of internal funding investments as well as external funding. The program will result in a Command and Control System supporting an emerging market with multiple integrated technologies.

Internal Earned Value Management will be used to keep the effort on track, and significant cross-Business Area coordination will be required as this is a major RMS-led 1LM solution. The program team is primarily located at the LM RMS Deer Creek, Littleton location, with support from locations across the continental US.

Specific responsibilities include monthly program reporting and analysis, close interaction with the program Manager, CAMS, and Program Finance leadership, and collaboration with cross-Business Area teams. The candidate should have financial skills to forecast and analyze new awards, sales, profit, and cash, and to assist the Program Manager in developing the Long Range Plan. The role includes cost analysis, reconciliations, generating monthly earned value metrics, and reporting financial information for multiple funding sources for the ISR&SE Division.

• Significant EVMS knowledge
• Subject Matter Expert level Excel skills
• Experience in Cobra, Open Plan, or other Cost & Schedule management platforms
• FP&A experience;
  Hyperion preferred
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience managing a business and developing a product with multiple funding sources (IRAD/Capital/B&P and External Funding)

• Experience with Commercial Development FFP contracts
• Lockheed Martin Cross BA Finance experience
• Executive level presentation experience
• Business case experience

• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week

  The annual base salary range varies by location, with ranges published for different regions. Salary is a general guideline and factors include scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations.
