We need an Experienced Loan Officer with real skills.

• Serve as the go‑to expert for structuring loan applications when they hit the system.
• Teach and mentor the six new Loan Officers added in the last 30 days.
• Build and maintain effective pipelines for lead generation.
• Coach team members and provide ongoing support to accelerate their performance.
• Help structure and refine file organization to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Support the remote team in a demanding work environment, often beyond standard hours.

• Experience as a processor is an advantage but not required.
• Mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
• Fluency in DU/LP.
• Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Strong leadership skills and a winning attitude.
• Relentless work ethic and willingness to hustle hard.
• Ability to teach file structuring and lead by example.
