We are looking for a highly motivated, results‑driven Loan Officer who thrives on conventional, government, and non‑QM loans and has strong fluency in DU/LP, Fannie/Freddie reporting, and pipeline management. The candidate will be responsible for structuring, teaching, and supporting new Loan Officers while building and leading a high‑performance team.

Responsibilities

Structure, educate, and support loan processing for new Loan Officers.
Build and lead a team, fostering growth and efficiency.
Develop internal training resources for file structuring and compliance.
Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of six new LOs.

Qualifications

Experience with conventional, government, and non‑QM mortgage products.
Strong knowledge of DU/LP and Fannie/Freddie guidelines.
Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
Excellent communication, work ethic, and resilience.
Experience in a back‑end or operational role is a plus.

This is a remote position. Apply and join a team of 18 successful Loan Officers under Niko Kramer’s mentorship.
