• Teach file structuring? Educate like a BOSS!

I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a team that’s UNSTOPPABLE! With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company. I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

• When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting.
• Support and mentor the 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU.
• Build and maintain efficient file structures and processes.
• Provide coaching and training to junior team members.
• Maintain high operational standards and deliver excellent service.

• Experienced Loan Officer with strong knowledge of Mortgage products.
• Proficient with Conv, Gov, Non-QM, DU/LP, Fannie/Freddie.
• Leadership experience and the ability to build and lead a team.
• Strong work ethic, resilient, and willing to work long hours (7 days a week, 12–15 hours per day).
• Excellent communication, teaching, and problem‑solving skills.
