If you enjoy preparing financial analysis including pro forma financial modeling of scenarios to assess various real estate decisions then read on;

You would be working with the Development Director to review, track and analyze market transactions, assist in acquisitions and due diligence along with giving your insight on where the project is going in order to be able to forecast and provide operational insights and recommendations.

If you can demonstrate aptitude in financial and other quantitative analysis, then you would be perfect for the role.
