Paraplanner

Location: Leicester Forest East

360 Recruitment is currently seeking a Paraplanner for a well-established company in Leicester. In this role, you will provide comprehensive paraplanning support to advisers, including provider and product research, portfolio analysis, and suitability report writing. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality advice solutions and ensuring a seamless client experience.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Conducting provider and product research, fund performance and risk analysis, and cashflow modeling (using FE Analytics or similar tools).

* Preparing bespoke, compliant suitability reports

* Interpreting Fact Finds and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to identify appropriate client outcomes and solutions.

* Supporting senior staff and advisers with technical analysis and evidence-based recommendations.

* Managing complex cases from inception to completion, resolving technical queries

We are seeking a candidate with:

* Proven experience in paraplanning and report writing within financial services.

* Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.

* Ability to extract and interpret relevant information from Fact Finds to produce cohesive reports.

* A client-focused approach, with a commitment to excellence and relationship-building.

* Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working toward completion.
