Senior Consolidation& Reporting Analystreportingdirectly to the Group Financial Reporting Manager.

Finance and businessteamaround the worldandcoordinatethe groupmanagement accounting and reportingas well astake part on various projects.

Your role will be crucial inensuringthe presentationofaccuratefinancial dataanddrivingprocessimprovement. As a key player in thefinancedepartment you will contribute to the companys mission byprovidingfinancial insights and enabling strategic decision-making.

• Lead the monthly accounting close process working closely with finance internationally to ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting
• Review the affiliate submissions analyse financial trends variances and performance metrics toidentifyareas of opportunity orconcernand provide recommendations for improvement to finance leads
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives investment decisions and operational improvements.
• HFM Administration as part of the closing process
• Ensure that the HFM structure is updated to meet reporting needs
• Assistin the implementation of the new consolidation system

• Contribute to the quarterly consolidation process according to IFRS standards ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes
• Collect analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open points
• Manage balance sheet reviews
• Ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies tax regulations and local GAAP including support for the conversion to IFRS

• Identify opportunities and drive recommendations to streamline the accounting processes to enhance reporting capabilities and improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data.
• Staying updated with the latest IFRS standards and adapting processes and SOPs accordingly
• Initiating process improvements and streamlining reporting procedures
• Participate in the updating of the groups accounting procedures and assist / train subsidiaries for their proper application.
• Update reporting procedures based on ongoing projects (e.g. cost per function) and training of the financial community.

At least 7 years of experience in a corporate / group finance position

Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS experience Accounting and Consolidation

Solid knowledge of the Hyperion and HFM (Onestream an advantage)

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Business fluent in English any further European language is an asset

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure your thoughts and derive action plans for your team to execute as well as the ability to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders levels

Team & Hands-On working style;
Good organizational skills autonomous and reliable
