• Analyze and report on Medicaid market data, connecting financial outcomes with operational results
• Deliver project-based and ad-hoc reporting for market insights, including membership analysis and provider performance
• Manage requests from Market CFOs and leadership, encompassing strategic market analysis and premium reconciliation
• Design and execute advanced SQL queries to manipulate claims data from established databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business optimization efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a combination of finance and accounting
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and data manipulation
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with healthcare insurance, Medicaid, or claims data analytics
• Prior exposure to financial analysis or interest in transitioning to actuarial or advanced finance roles
