What is the role?This role provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives. It requires an in-depth understanding of Westerra’s consumer lending products and involves gathering loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners. The role also includes reviewing final loan details, payment methods, closing options, loan documents, and funding. Additionally, the position offers guidance to other departments on lending matters and ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications.
WhatI’m Bringing… Consumer Loan Processor I Experience/
Education:
- 0-1 year experience in customer service
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of consumer lending regulations preferred
- Notary certification, or ability to obtain

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations
- Notary certification, or ability to obtain
- Typically a dispersed, flexible team environment both on Westerra campus and remote
- Hybrid – required to be onsite at least 2 times per week, with the possibility of changes based on business needs.
- Works primarily at desk
The starting pay rate will be dependent on experience with consumer loan processing and internal equity. The Consumer Loan Processor I position starts between $20-$22.44 per hour and the Consumer Loan Processor II position starts between $21-$24.68 per hour. In addition to the starting range, this role is also eligible for Westerra’s self-funding reward plan. This plan pays out a cash incentive annually if the company hits specific criteria tied to our financial goals and you will have a direct impact on the outcome of those results!
