This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Mortgage Loan Officer at MKG Enterprises Corp., based in Fresno, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will handle client inquiries, assist borrowers in navigating loan programs, and provide tailored mortgage and refinancing solutions. Responsibilities include evaluating client financial profiles, recommending suitable loan products, and guiding clients through the application process.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of loans.

• Experience as a Loan Officer and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Understanding of Mortgage Lending processes and Underwriting practices
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain it
