• Analyze and report on market data related to Medicaid claims and premiums, linking financial outcomes with operational results
• Deliver project-based and ad-hoc reporting, providing insights into membership analysis, provider performance, and market trends
• Manage requests from Market CFOs and leadership, including member utilization and strategic market analysis
• Design and execute advanced SQL queries to manipulate claims data from databases
• Develop and present Power BI dashboards, or collaborate with teams for BI support

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance or a combination of finance and accounting
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and data manipulation
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Strong attention to detail with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with healthcare insurance, Medicaid, or claims data analytics
• Prior exposure to financial analysis or interest in transitioning to actuarial or advanced finance roles
