This is a full-time remote position for a Loan Officer at Desert Mountain Financial, Inc., located in Denver, CO. The Loan Officer will be tasked with assessing, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to evaluate their needs, analyzing credit and financial data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Loan Officer will also focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships to support financial goals.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer and expertise in Loan Origination. Current NMLS License
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting practices and principles
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to assess creditworthiness
• Proficiency with financial software and understanding of applicable loan programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
