Junior Finance and Accounting Specialist

As a Junior Finance and Accountant Specialist
, you will play a key role in supporting financial integrity of our client by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant accounting practices. You will support informed decision-making by providing precise financial data, safeguarding assets, and contributing to the organization's overall fiscal health and success.

This role is Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days WFO in Central Jakarta).

• Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) by managing vendor invoices and timely disbursements.
• Support month-end closings and ensure accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting and day-to-day finance administrative tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
