• Collaborate in integrating ESG factors into fundamental equity investment analysis and due diligence processes.
• Assist in monitoring ESG metrics within our internal equity portfolios, contributing to the assessment of ESG risks, and providing insights to senior portfolio managers.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive ESG reports for internal stakeholders, and support firm-wide initiatives in Responsible Investment.
• Participate in the formulation and execution of engagement strategies with investment targets, and engage in the proxy voting process.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the ESG landscape and regulatory frameworks, playing a pivotal role in refining our ESG methodologies.

• Bachelors degree with an outstanding academic record.
• Interest in pursuing CFA or equivalent qualifications.
• CPD Certifications in ESG Advising/ Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of ESG principles and sustainable practices.
• Passion for equity investing and sustainability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with adeptness in data handling and report preparation.
