Risk Analyst

Steakhouse Financial is the leading curator on DeFi Money Markets (Morpho, Kamino), building earn products for the future of the stablecoin economy. We operate at the intersection of real world assets, protocol design, and data-driven DeFi portfolio management.

Location: Remote (Europe preferred)

As Risk Analyst, part of the Risk team, you will help ensure the smooth daily functioning of our DeFi Money Market strategies and make Steakhouse the top of the art in terms of risk management.

• Monitoring the vault operations and broader ecosystem evolution.
• Enforce risk limits and respond to risk alerts.
• Develop automated risk management systems.
• Produce research on required haircut for collateral and maximum safe exposure.
• Contribute to our risk and rating frameworks on cryptocurrencies, equities, and fixed income repo.
• Work directly with issuers to assess their risk management practices.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal dashboards and analytics tools.

You are a motivated and technically versatile early-career professional with a strong interest in decentralized finance. You should have:

• A recent degree in engineering, quantitative finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Working familiarity with programming languages, ideally Python and SQL
  .
• Regular hands-on experience interacting with smart contracts across different blockchains.
• A solid understanding of DeFi protocols—experience with Morpho is a strong plus.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting a decision-making team (e.g., portfolio managers, risk analysts, traders) in Trad Fi or DeFi.
• Curiosity, analytical rigor, and a desire to grow into full DeFi portfolio management responsibilities.
