We are hiring a Financial Analyst who supports the Finance Director with administrative and transactional daily tasks like filing, invoice tracking, and expense recording.

This is a remote, full-time position based in Colombia
, working U.S. business hours
. You will receive full training in our systems and procedures.

• Record Daily Financial Transactions
• Prepare and Issue Invoices
• Process Bills and Payments
• Reconcile bank statements with company records monthly.
• Post journal entries accurately to reflect company transactions
• Monitor customer payments and vendor balances.
• Organize receipts, invoices, contracts, and payment confirmations
• Handle inquiries about invoices, payments, or account balances.
