This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Melville, NY. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with loan applications, reviewing loan alternatives, providing loan status updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties will include evaluating loan applications, working closely with underwriters, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products. This role involves both in-office work and work-from-home flexibility.

• Experience as Loan Officer and with the Mortgage Industry
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in using mortgage industry software and online application platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in a Direct Lender or similar setting is a plus
