Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

• Analyze financial reports, including budget variance and revenue projections
• Collaborate with departments to prepare proformas for new programs
• Generate and analyze weekly financial reports, including cash projections
• Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results
• Support the annual budget process and maintain budget worksheets

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Banner software
• Strong ability to multi‑task and adapt to changing priorities
