• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and handle product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers in clear, everyday language.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years’ paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax‑preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish—written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location as follows:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
