Senior Manager, Alternative Wealth Product

This role sits within the Alternatives Wealth Product team in Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group. The team is responsible for the creation, structuring, delivery, ongoing management, product messaging and client communications of a range of Alternative investment strategies designed for the Wealth channel.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

Reporting to the Associate Director, Head of Alternatives Wealth Product Strategy and Development, this individual will partner with teams across investment, distribution, marketing, legal, tax, compliance, risk, operations, and technology to develop and support global alternative investment products for the Wealth channel. Responsibilities include researching, structuring, development, approval and launching products, as well as managing them throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a strong collaborator who can lead cross‑functional project teams to effectively develop and deliver new products.

The role also involves working closely with Investor Relations to define product messaging and client communications to ensure our products are marketed effectively to our target market.

Salary range for this position: $180,000 - $247,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What

you offer
  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, development, and management within asset management.
  • Demonstrated fund formation expertise in private markets and strong knowledge of relevant structures for high net worth and retail investors (e.g. private, registered/regulated and retirement funds).
  • Solid understanding of the global wealth management industry, including client needs and the relevant operational and regulatory environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building, collaboration, and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management abilities, with a solution‑based mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
