A leading financial services business is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Supervisor to oversee compliance activities fully remote. The successful candidate will manage the compliance monitoring plan, ensuring regulatory risks are effectively managed and reported. Key responsibilities include developing monitoring plans, producing MI reports, and ensuring financial promotions meet FCA standards. Applicants should have QCF Level 4 or equivalent, strong FCA regulations knowledge, and excellent analytical skills.

Competitive salary of up to £50,000 DOE is offered.
