Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer – Join Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190).
ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS!
Responsibilities- Provide back‑end support – structuring, coaching, and training new loan officers.
- Manage new application workflow and structuring of loan files.
- Teach file structuring and mortgage process to junior staff.
- Lead and build a team of up to 6 new loan officers.
- Collaborate with processors and back‑office teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Extensive experience with Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
- Proficiency with DU/LP and Fannie/Freddie (MBS) programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work remotely and handle a heavy workload (12–15 hours/day).
