• Learn and understand all products in assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations
• Explain product options and ensure customers understand their choices for routine inquiries
• Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with other product specialists
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
• Provide ongoing education and guidance around retirement product solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required for business approval in all states)
• Life license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area

• CFP and/or CRPC certification
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly
• Experience with digital financial advice platforms
