• Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes to business lines
• Direct and guide capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including Excel formula development and pivot tables
• Ability to make effective decisions on complex matters and interact with senior management

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
