The Head of Finance sits within the Operations Team who drive efficiency and essential support to both the business and our clients, as the guardians of the end-to-end processes across the agency.

The role requires existing experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance in a creative agency or service-led business.

Financial planning

• Partners with the leadership team to support commercial decision-making on pricing, project profitability, utilisation, and resourcing.
• Develops and maintains financial models to support growth planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
• Improves financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to support Group scalability.

Management information

• Leads management accounting for the Group, including annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
li>Translates financial data into clear, accessible insights for non-financial stakeholders across creative and client-facing teams.

Accounting & compliance

• Oversees day-to-day finance operations AP/AR ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robust financial controls.
• Prepares financial information for external accountants, auditors, and tax advisers, acting as the primary finance contact
• Responsible for consolidated Balance Sheet, fixed assets, month-end overall reconciliation, Director’s drawings
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Ensures compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, escalating strategic issues to the CEO as appropriate
