Equipment Finance Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.
• Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information.
• Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.
• Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting.
• Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waiver of late charges, rents after termination, or others.
• Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up.
• Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment locations.
• Complete setup or changes to contract renewals.

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or 2+ years of work experience.
• 1+ years' experience in operations support.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

$22.00 - $34.00 Hourly
