• Manage and validate U.S. tax forms W-8 & W-9 and CRS self-certifications
• Conduct U.S. tax withholding reviews and reconcile transactions for IRS reporting
• Participate in client meetings to address tax questions and provide insights
• Review, update, and create procedures related to tax documentation and reporting
• Identify and elevate risk-related issues to management in accordance with company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, or a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with W-8 & W-9, CRS self-certifications, and U.S. withholding tax
• Proficient in personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with internal and external clients

• Familiarity with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and IRS regulations
• Experience in tax reporting and compliance responsibilities
• Previous experience assisting in training less experienced personnel
