• Processor experience (but not required)
• Expertise in Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loans
• Fluent in DU/LP
• Knowledge of Fannie/Freddie guidelines
• Winning attitude and relentless work ethic
• Leadership: ready to build and lead a team
• Ability to teach file structuring and support new Loan Officers

• Become the go‑to contact for structuring, teaching, and supporting applications as they come in
• Support the 6 new Loan Officers added in the last 30 days
• Coach and mentor team members, sharing best practices
• Maintain pipelines, snag leads, and build relationships
