Remote Bilingual Mortgage Processor

Position: Mortgage Processor (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

Location: Remote (Candidate must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 + monthly per-file bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

A growing mortgage team is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Mortgage Processor to support loan officers and borrowers throughout the file preparation and submission process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience using Encompass.

• Work directly with loan officers and borrowers to collect and organize documentation
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting review
• Ensure accuracy of all documentation prior to submission
• Maintain clear communication and follow-up throughout the process
• Support pipeline movement to meet deadlines and expectations

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• Experience as a mortgage processor:
  Processing FHA, VA, Non-QM (DSCR, ITIN, etc) and conventional
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must reside in PA, NJ, CT, or NY
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
