** About the Role** | This position serves as the
** primary budget analyst
** for the agency, providing essential fiscal support to both the
** Central Services Manager
** and the
** Agency Director**. You’ll be responsible for budget development, monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting that directly supports the agency’s strategic goals and operational success.##

** Fiscal Analyst 1
** qualifications and demonstrate the potential to grow. This would then be considered a

** Fiscal Analyst 2:
** Five years of progressively responsible experience that included the preparation, analysis, and administration of a budget or fiscal system.
** OR**, five years of professional-level experience in accounting, fiscal auditing, management or program analysis. Experience must have included modeling, forecasting and analyzing fiscal information.
** Fiscal Analyst 1 (Underfill):
** A bachelor's degree in business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting or a related degree (such as Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics or other analytical or technical degree).  
** OR, three
** years’ experience in management, policy or program analysis, or technical-level budgetary support activities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Experience with public sector budgeting or financial systems
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Commitment to equity, transparency, and service excellence
