• Advanced, customized automation supporting loan origination, product guidelines, pricing, HR systems, and marketing initiatives

• An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners
• The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems
