• Manage and monitor large projects or processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes
• Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and communicate developments to management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and standardize new regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced accounting practices knowledge, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Strong understanding of bank accounting and financial controls
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead and influence peers and management

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated experience
