• Manage and monitor large projects or processes within the regulatory reporting function
• Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes
• Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information and disclosures
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to facilitate the implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements
• Improve existing processes and practices within the Regulatory Reporting department

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Advanced accounting practices and procedures, including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead and influence others
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
• Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
