• Collaborate with in-house real estate agents to originate and close mortgage loans.
• Leverage high-quality leads to grow loan volume and build agent relationships.
• Offer a wide range of loan products and maintain competitive rates to best serve clients.
• Coordinate with real estate and mortgage management teams to ensure fast closings.
• Manage marketing and technology tools to promote personal brand and co-brand with agents.

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass national licensing exam (or hold current license)
• NMLS license in at least one of these states to begin: VA, MD, WV, DE, PA, FL, TX
• Two or more years as a Loan Officer is preferred
• General financial industry experience
• Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
• Strong computer background with 1 to 2 years of mortgage software experience
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong advisory and customer service abilities with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Self-starter & strong work ethic
• General office skills – ability to answer and coordinate telephone calls, take written messages, and perform light bookkeeping
• Ability to study material independently
• Ability to drive motor vehicle legally
• Ability to build relationships with real estate professionals
• Ability to adapt to new processes quickly
• Positive & professional attitude & represent the company positively
• Follow posted work rules and procedures
