• Learn and understand all products in the assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations
• Explain product options and ensure customers' understanding for routine inquiries; make product recommendations
• Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with relevant product specialists
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
• Provide education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required at time of hire)
• Life license (or obtain within 90 days)
• One year of experience in the financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area

• CFP and/or CRPC certification
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., ) and digital financial advice platforms
