Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid; open to fully remote for the right candidate)
Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000

A leading financial services firm based in Irving, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and tax return preparation, with the ability to manage tax processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review various tax returns, including 1065, 1040, 1120S, 990, 1041, etc.
• Manage the tax process from cradle to grave, with hands-on involvement.
• Oversee and eventually run the tax department, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• EA or CPA certification required.
• 4-7 years of public accounting experience.
• Proven experience in tax return preparation and review.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• US citizens, permanent residents, and visa holders are welcome to apply.
