Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, comfortable using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.
- Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Base Pay Range varies by location:
- Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
