• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for the employer's Solar Funds, including tax equity partnerships and debt facilities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
• Model deal economics from initial term sheet to final close, including pricing and funding mechanics
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate returns and risks
• Coordinate deliverables for transaction closings, working with internal teams and external counter parties

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive work experience in finance, renewable energy, or investor relations
• Strong operational finance and transaction‑based analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including complex formulas and scenario analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with investors and senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with tax equity partnership structures and cash equity modeling
• Experience supporting renewable energy or project finance transactions
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages for data extraction
• Ability to read and interpret legal and financing documents
• Passion for renewable energy and motivation to contribute to the energy transition
